Redefining the farmer's experience and shaping the future of agriculture

FarmCare 1.0 was an advisory app with minimal business impact (helpful to farmers, but generating no revenue). The challenge was to reposition it as a platform that could sustain a business model without compromising the farming experience that made it valuable. Working across 5 regions and 15 languages with farmers, regional managers, agronomists, and engineers, five core product areas were redesigned. Onboarding completion exceeded its target by 14%, home screen exploration reached 81%, and field profile completion hit 51.3%.
