Designing a mock interview coach that scores how you speak, not just what you say

Most interview prep tools help job seekers prepare what to say. Career Match was built to close a different gap: showing job seekers where they actually fall short, and connecting them directly to the courses that can help them bridge it.

The prototype simulates a job interview and scores responses across three dimensions: domain knowledge, articulation, and communication. When a job seeker sees that their domain knowledge is strong but their articulation score is low, they know exactly what to work on. The results connect directly to the platform's course catalog. Not a generic browse, but a targeted recommendation: here is the course that closes this specific gap. Career Match turns interview preparation into outcome-based learningat the moment when a job seeker is most motivated to act: when they're actively trying to get hired.

This is an AI-built concept prototype (an innovation experiment pitched as a new product idea within the organisation, not a shipped or roadmapped feature).
