I began my professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services as a UX designer, focusing on internal products related to employee experience, such as social collaboration and performance tools. After accumulating two years of in-house product expertise, I transitioned to collaborating with prominent international clients. This involved facilitating discovery workshops with various stakeholders, defining the product's vision, assisting in customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, creating rapid prototypes, and establishing a comprehensive product roadmap.

I later joined Yara International, an in-house agritech company, as a Senior Product Designer, where I designed solutions tailored to smallholder farmers across Asia and Africa. Working across three distinct products—for retailers, farmers, and business representatives—gave me a holistic view of the agricultural ecosystem and naturally led me to take on both product and service design responsibilities.

Since the onset of COVID and the shift to remote work, I’ve learned to manage my time and cope with the stresses of the pandemic through two anchors: mentoring and art.
I’ve been actively mentoring designers—both through paid programs and volunteer opportunities—sharing my knowledge while learning from others. On the creative front, I explored various artistic mediums and styles, and last year, I discovered botanical art. Since then, I’ve been deeply immersed in learning and creating pieces inspired by nature.
