Tata Consultancy Services – Designing Enterprise Grade Experiences
At TCS, I worked as a consultant and UX designer on large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare domain. I led efforts to assess digital workplace needs, uncover user pain points, and develop service design solutions aimed at improving system efficiency and overall user satisfaction.
One of the most impactful projects involved designing a comprehensive service blueprint for a healthcare organization with over 500,000 employees. This work required aligning stakeholder objectives with user insights gathered from employees across diverse roles and departments—achieved through extensive research, validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
My Role
-
Led discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define vision, user journeys, and digital opportunities.
-
Created UX artifacts including service blueprints, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for large-scale healthcare platforms.
-
Worked closely with business analysts, tech leads, and delivery teams to ensure user-centered thinking remained at the core throughout execution.
What I learned
-
How to design within high-complexity systems where regulatory, operational, and technical constraints intersect.
-
The importance of cross-functional facilitation to bring alignment between siloed teams.
-
Gained confidence managing end-to-end UX strategy in enterprise environments — from kickoff to delivery.
This role laid the foundation for my systems thinking approach and sharpened my ability to translate complex requirements into human-centered design.
